On a particularly beautiful evening last summer, we were sipping wine on the Clubhouse deck with some guests when one of them said “This place is unbelievable! The scenery is incredible, the food is extremely reasonable and the people are unbelievably friendly. It’s a hidden gem. You’re so lucky to have this!!!!!” We, the Members at Crescent Beach Yacht Club, are indeed lucky to have such a great spot to call our own. The new Executive is working hard to plan special events for everyone to enjoy in the upcoming season. This summer will once again be filled with fun and frolic so….. Please Set aside the upcoming dates and plan to come down to the “Hidden Gem” at CBYC!

May 3, 2008 Commodore’s Dinner The big event of the year which kicks off the boating season. A full dinner, live entertainment and dancing - a chance to dress up and come on down to honour the Commodore for all the hard work he puts into running the Yacht Club More events will follow so watch your Seaweed and your email. Remember, we have limited seating at the clubhouse, so don’t wait until the last minute to reserve your spots. The rules are that it is Members Only until two weeks before the event, then if there is room you may start to include guests. There will always be a sign-up sheet at the clubhouse, or you can call the staff and they will put your name on the list.
